8.Terms of Use.

9. Our client's third party data used in our software or systems

In the case of an Australian Web Marketing client, providing their client / customer or other third party data for use in our marketing software or systems, (such as advertising targeting, communication or reputation and review software) our responsibility for care of that data whilst in our possession under this privacy policy will apply to that data as if it had been collected directly by us. Those data clients of Australian Web Marketing, along with the consumer who's data is being processed will be afforded all rights as would be expected under this privacy policy. Our clients will approve communications sent by Australian Web Marketing on behalf of our clients. At any time end users may have their data removed by referring to our client, who will inform us of the removal request, or directly by use of unsubscribe links in communications.


10. Special note re GDPR

GDPR is provides a framework for protection and management of data for European Union citizens. Australian Web Marketing does not have, or propose at this time to have any clients in the European Union. Further, we do not market to, or specifically attempt to attract as customers, website users or in any other form, citizens of the European union, that may be residing in or visiting Australia or any other country in which we operate. As such, we have determined we are not required to comply with GDPR and advise that any such visitors to our website are not covered by GDPR. All contracts are established under relevant Australian laws and the applicable terms shall be this published privacy policy and relevant laws of the commonwealth of Australia and the State of Queensland Australia.
